Day 5

Day 5 we went back to Magic Kingdom to finish riding some of the rides we missed the day before. We went first thing in the morning and didn't have to wait in any lines which was nice.  We rode tons of rides then headed back to the resort to relax. We went to The Boardwalk for dinner and caught a boat over to Epcot that night. Of course we rode Nemo again at Epcot.

Day 4

Magic Kingdom was by far my favorite park. The kids loved it, but I especially did. It is crazy how insanely magical this place is. All the details in each and every ride was incredible. This was something I never noticed when I went as a child. We basically rode every ride that they were big enough to ride. It was seriously hot on this day so we stayed about half the day, headed back to the room and played at the playground and pool. The we headed  to Downtown Disney for another nice dinner at Wolfgang Puck.

Jesse bought Danner a princess dress to wear at Magic Kingdom. She looked beautiful.

Danner and Sawyer riding in the car ride with Daddy.
Playing at a playgroup pit stop.

 Tea cups ride.
Tea cups ride. Did I mention I have the worst motion sickness ever? I had to close my eyes the whole time to avoid throwing up.
 Riding the train.
Ridin the horsies. Sawyer is beside Danner  (you can barely see him)
Pirates of the Carribean....this was Jesse's favorite.
The castle. It was super beautiful at night. I will post that picture later.
Our princess.....one day she will live here with her Prince Charming....but not anytime soon.
Downtown Disney....Jesse made a remote control car (Lighting McQueen) for Sawyer for Christmas.....Do you think Sawyer will actually get it? I doubt it, but I will let you know.

Day 3

Epcot. Not especially my favorite for kids, but it would have been more fun if it were just Jesse and I. We caught the shuttle to the park and found the Nemo ride. We rode that several times because the kids loved it. We also rode on some boat ride that toured some of the gardening and things that they do at the park. That was fun too. Jesse and Danner rode another boat thing, but mainly we walked around from "country to country." We had an awesome dinner at the Coral Reef with an indoor aquarium. We were supposed to go see a Christmas special but we were just too tired to stay that late. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the day.
on the boat ride....we saw some really large vegetables.
Coloring a bear that they stamp at each country.
 Sawyer and me.
Sawyer......lots of pictures of him while the other two were napping in the stroller.
Sharing his goldfish with the ducks.
 Playing the drums and singing.
 Mexico......
They slept through most of the countries but I couldn't resist a souvenir.
 Sawyer finally crashed.....in my arms.
Then the other two woke up.....

 Trying to find Nemo....
 They loved this.....I did too.
 Dinner at the Coral Reef.
Danner kissing Nemo. He is her new favorite thing. She watches the movies, sleeps with her Nemo stuffed animal, and pretends to be a fish.
 Having a blast.
 The Viking getting Sawyer.
This is as close as she would get. We waited in line for 20 minutes and then backed out and cried to get away. But she did wave bye to him.

Day 2

We left the Peabody early Saturday morning and headed over to check into our hotel at Animal Kingdom. The room was amazing. Giraffes, zebras, ostriches, cattle, all sorts of animals just feet away from our balcony. And Sawyer threw his blanket over the balcony on the first day. I was so embarassed to have to call the front desk to get animal control to go fetch it. Looking back it was pretty funny. But at the time I was super annnoyed. After we checked in we packed the kids in the stroller and caught the shuttle to the Animal Kingdom Park. We had fun at the park and rode several rides. We took them on the safari (which was by far the best ride) and saw elephants, giraffes, lions, deer, you name it..... Jesse rode on a rapid ride with Sawyer. We walked around and saw all sorts of cute animals. And then headed back to the room to get ready for a nice dinner. We ate at the African resturant on the resort and it was oh-so delish. Yummy.

Here are some pictures of our day.
Getting ready to go on the African Safari.

Cute little baby giraffe. Look how close he was.
Sawyer checking out the elephants in the background.
Sawyer in the orange raincoat and Jesse in the black one. It wasn't raining but they knew they would get wet on the ride. Sawyer hated it and screamed for Mommy the whole time.
Danner and I rode the dinosaur ride. You can't see Danner because she is so tiny, but she waved to Daddy the whole ride.
The gang riding on a dinosaur back.

Day 3- Epcot.

Day 1

OK. We are back from our vacation and we had an absolute blast. The kids behaved themselves much better than expected. I think I will give you the day by day pictures instead of overloading you all in one session.

Day 1 was our drive down to Florida. It was relatively low-key and the kids did great. We stayed at the Peabody in Orlando. The Peabody is famous for their marching ducks. Basically the ducks come out of this elevator and walk down a red carpet, up some stairs and into their pool every morning. Every night they march down the red carpet to the elevator and up to their "penthouse". They were super cute and the kids thought it was awesome. After watching the ducks we went out to the pool and let the kids burn some energy. They really had fun swimming and playing in the water. Check out the pictures below.

Checking out the ducks at their pond.

They obviously weren't scared of us.
Getting ready to leave the pond for the night.
 And off they go.....cute huh?
 Playing in the water.

 Super fun!!!
